“A working man's pub but good. Quite a few stairs to rooms. Kitchen and balcony good. Can be noisy at times but not a problem. Friday meat raffle good. Thank you for giving me small lamp. Internet was discontinued before my stay ended. ”

“Posto di passaggio molto utilizzato da camionisti e pendolari. Davanti ad un ristorante e quindi un po’ troppo rumoroso anche per la strada adiacente. Pulito ma molto consumato. Molto spazioso e letti comodi. Bagno privato anche qui pulito ma molto usato. ”

“Good little property for close proximity to the train station. Hotel room was very clean with a comfy bed. Clean linens, kettle, toaster, iron and tea and coffee making facilities. Nice welcome from the owners dogs too!”

“We had a pleasant night staying at the Grand Central Hotel but there was 2 small issues. 1. No fault of the pub but take ear muffs for a good night sleep. For a small town Proserpines main street is very busy at night. 2. Some advice for the Pub Manager please ad add curtians or block out the small glass panel above the doors of the rooms to block out the hall lights when they come on. Lovely atmosphere friendly staff and food was lovely. Please g”
